1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the WASP Flight Center application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Virtual Economy & WASP Coins
WASP Coins and any other virtual currencies or assets within the WASP Flight Center ecosystem hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency. We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy balance at any time to ensure fair progression.
3. Local-First Architecture & Liability
Due to our "Local-First" design, the majority of your flight telemetry, recordings, and log files are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up this data. WASP Flight Center is not liable for any loss of local data due to hardware failure, uninstalls, or system crashes.
4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
WASP Flight Center relies on data extracted directly from Microsoft Flight Simulator via SimConnect. Any attempt to artificially manipulate telemetry data, intercept API calls, or use third-party tools to cheat the career progression system will result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from the leaderboards.
